Kettlebell Training: The Basics is made for men and women of all ages. It is the perfect app for those curious about kettlebells, so recommend it to your friends that always ask, “what are kettlebells?” Experienced lifters will find it useful, as they know that re-visiting fundamentals is always important.
The app features instructional training on over 20 basic exercises – including variations for double bells. When you’re done with the training, there are 3 different full workouts that I’ve custom-made to feature the exercises in the training videos.
If you were to have private training with me for just the content included in this app, it would cost you… considerably more. 🙂
